The Ayurvedic Natural Health Centre was set up in 2007 by practitioner Anna Blackwood.  It is the only Ayurvedic clinic in the Channel Islands and is located within the Lido Medical Centre, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 6QD.

The clinic offers authentic Ayurveda treatment for the promotion of health and for restoring balance and returning people to health. Treatment includes herbal preparations and oil therapies along with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Anna is the only UK qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner in the Channel Islands having completed a three year full time degree at Thames Valley University, Ealing, London. In addition, Anna is also a certified Chopra Center Perfect Health Instructor.
